Used Vinyl Express Q30 vinyl cutter Graphtec Plotter VinylExpress - $800 - (New London, IA)

Second owner, selling because I upgraded to a 60" plotter. Comes with the cutter, stand, power and usb cords, a few replacement blades, and any other accessories we find for it. The middle pinch roller positions slip, so it needs some work. The pinch roller and the bar it goes on are worn and likely need to be replaced. 30" position works perfectly though.
