WILLIAM B SAXBE (1916-2010)=US AMBASSADOR TO INDIA=•SIGNED•3x5 Card=1973 - $696 - (South Portland, ME)

This 3x5 unlined index card was sent by me via US Post Office to Senator William B. Saxbe in 1973 and returned with his signature. I was just starting to collect autographs by mail, so I sent him a request for his signature. He went on to become US Attorney General under Richard Nixon, and US Ambassador to India under Gerald Ford.
