Bill Clinton Inscribed Kirk Stieff Letter Opener. - $500 - (North Little Rock, AR)

So let me say I found this item at the goodwill a while back. I didn't notice the inscription on the handle but recently noticed it was inscribed Bill Clinton. So today I decided to look up his signature and so this appears to be his signature that being said it's not in pen but it is engraved in the handle it does not appear as though it was done by a machine it looks like free hand inscription. On the other hand I can't imagine Bill doing this himself. So that being said I'm not sure what I have here it is a very nice letter Opener so that's one thing going for it. You decide....
