Vtg 1945 Singer 221 Featherweight Sewing Machine Case & Extra Accessories - $279 - (Oxford, MI)

What a find!! Fantastic Singer Featherweight sewing machine, just like the one I learned to sew on many years ago! Serial number dates this gem to 1945. Serial number is AG537026. I opened up the case, set it up and sewed a beautiful line of stitching - no adjustments or anything!! There is some wear to the gold decoration, so this may not be a collector's machine, but this is perfect for someone wanting a great portable machine that works well!! The case shows a good deal of wear and the catches have been broken. A hasp has been installed to keep it closed. Lots of accessories and feet....I'm still a beginning sewer even after all these years, so I have no idea what those all those parts are for. I
