Tiffany & Co. Concord Art Deco Huguenin Sterling Silver Miniature Travel Clock - $425 - (Rancho Mirage, CA)

This auction is for a vintage Concord Watch Co 17 jewel movement "Pendulette de Voyage" (miniature travel clock) with a sterling silver Art Deco case by the famous silversmith Huguenin Freres of Switzerland and retailed by Tiffany & Co. The movement is is marked # 39 and seventeen unadjusted. The case is 1 3/4" high the base is 1 7/8" x 1 1/8". It weighs 158.1 grams/5.08 troy oz.(including the movement) The sterling silver case is in a classic Art Deco geometric design and in very good antique condition. The design is very sharp. The wind up movement is in good working condition and keeps time. There are a few scratches to the silvered dial. There is a similar travel clock shown in Gene Moores "My Time At Tiffany's" p.124. I have owned it for many years and have never seen another offered for sale although I'm primarily a silver collector not a watch collector. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
