You are bidding on a Rare Vintage Book. The Dramatic Works of William Shakespeare. Published by S. Andrus and Son 1845. Book measures 6 1/2" by 4 1/8". This book shows wear, shelf wear, dinged corners. The spline is missing alot of its cover(pic1). The front & back covers are loose and hanging on by several binding twines but the twines are thick and the covers look like they will stay attached if treated right. One of the early owners name and date(1880) is hand written on the 2nd blank page. The gold gilt is still very visible on all three sides of the book. The rest of the book is solid with no other breaks in the binding. For its age, this book is a great book and would look in your library!!!!
