On the Old West Coast Signed Limited First Edition Book HB Copy Cardboard Sleeve - $99 - (Laguna Hills, CA)

This is a rare copy, number 86 of 210, signed by Lanier Bartlett. There are 336 pages including chapter notes and index in addition to many illustrations, table of contents, and list of illustrations. The pages are clean and undamaged. The text is printed in twelve point Scotch on Aurelian rag paper. The binding has some soiling and fading on the Title end as see in the 3rd photo. The cardboard sleeve has damage as can be seen in the photos that I have provided.
