Fiction Paperback: A SHROUD FOR JESSO by Peter Rabe. Original publication. Gold Medal 528. Picture shown is of the actual book. Printed 1955. Published by Fawcett Publications Inc, New York. 4 1/2 inches wide by 7 inches tall. Yellow cardstock covers (perfect bound) with red printing on yellow spine. 160 pages. Condition: Cover shows some wear: rubbing on the spine folds (heavier on the spine corners), light rubbing on the panel edges, partial reading crease on lower front panel, "1-3-5" written in the middle of the rear panel (grease pencil?), outer corners rubbed and lightly rounded, light rubbing and light soiling on both panels. Inner pages are tanning as expected with this sort of paper but are tight to the spine and supple. No writings or stampings within.
