Vintage 10X5mm Synthetic Alexandrite Gold Ring Size 6 $200 - $200 - (Orangeburg, SC)

Vintage simulated oval alexandrite (10 x 5 mm) set in gold. When I bought it, the dealer said it was 18K. I can't find a stamp inside, but I believe it is gold because it has been polished over and over through the years without flaking or fading. Weight is 6.2 grams.
