Paper Doll that User's Face can be Attached. Saalfield Publishing. Circa 1962. - $15 - (Abilene, KS)

For your consideration is a paper doll with a blank head. It is blank, so you can mail a Kodacolor negative of your head in the pre addressed enclosed envelope (the envelope was printed before Zip Codes) and receive back a picture of your face and hair that can be attached to the paper doll that is slightly more than 13 1/4" tall; not included in the 13 1/4" is the cardboard stand (which is part of her and folded a certain way to make her free standing. Included are 14 dresses, several hats, and a coat with a hat that matches it. In 1962 it was copyrighted by Saalfield Publishing Company and at that time, had a Patent Pending. The box has been opened, but the doll has never been removed from her cardboard. A face and hair have never been applied. The paper clothing has never been removed. The box measures almost 16 1/2" wide and slightly more than 12" wide. The box is 1 1/2" thick. It is an old item and it has been stored for years (as many as 55), therefore it has the wear from storage and handling. The corner on the inner box filler is broke. The shiny spots do not exist and were caused by my flash, when I took the pictures. Please, carefully examine the pictures, as the pictures are part of the description
