2006 Case 850K XLT with less than 1800 hours. Brand new Case undercarriage less than 100 hours ago, new sprockets, pads, rails, rollers, and idlers entire bottom is new. 6 way blade has good cutting edge, ripper, shanks and teeth are in great shape. Machine is tight with no issues. Dozer was serviced with new undercarriage, new engine oil, hydraulic fluid, all filters (oil, hydraulic, fuel). BUYER MUST SEND DEPOSIT OF $10000.00 WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION END AND REMAINING PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION END.
