Beautiful Bronze Newell Post Lamp with New Old Stock 4" Shade Fitter - Original Patina - Fitted with 4" Pink Rubina Shade that is Exceptionally RARE. Newell Post Lamps are extremely hard to find in any condition and most have been modified over the decades. Originally used with candles, then whale oil, and later kerosene or lamp oil and eventually electrified. Finding an original patina-ed newell post lamp that has not been poorly modified and drilled is virtually impossible. This lamp is with its Original Finish and has been fitted for electric use in a manner so that it can easily be switched back to oil, or even candles, if desired. This one is a RARE survivor!
