This is a Concrete Genie Tweenie Genie 650 machine from Xtreme Polishing Systems. I started a new job and I am unable to continue this business. This machine was purchased brand new in late 2015 directly from XPS in south FL for a single concrete polishing project. I have kept this machine in dry storage and I have less than 60 hours total. This machine is an absolute BEAST - heavy and plenty of power to grind and polish even terrible floors. My particular project had new concrete and old, and this machine was great. This is a full, active planetary machine (gear-driven, not belt) with three (3) magnetic heads for swapping between floor diamonds. This machine accepts the trapezoid-style diamonds and the resin discs. Great 27 inch head makes short work of any job. 220v single phase power, 150 feet of heavy cord included. About 750 lbs. of head pressure with optional 40 kg. collar (included) makes great contact with the floor. Can be used wet or dry. Dust shroud is included. I used this machine dry with a Pulse-Bac 1000 vacuum. I did fill the tank with water and run a cycle to make sure the pump operated correctly upon unpacking. There is a broken green plastic dome that covers the "go" light on the control panel - does not affect operation. There is also a small crack in the rpm screen, but the screen is really not used anyway in operating. This will polish at about 600sf per hour. I paid $13,000.00 for this machine and will sacrifice for $11,250.00. This is a steal for a big-time machine for anyone looking to break into this business or for a great add-on/upgrade to an existing business.
