Topcon DT-104 Electronic Theodolite Distance Measuring Surveying Instrument SN-SZ0019. This Theodolite ships with a Plumb Bob in its original case and simply operates on 4 AA Batteries. It powers up and the numbers change, other than that I don't know much about its operation. Looks relatively new and in excellent condition but should be taken to a Survey Shop to be calibrated and see if it needs anything to be 100%, no guarantees on this item as it is relatively old.
