They are water proof, wind proof, breathable, the tag says sureflote flotation assistance technology, 600D endura outer shell, additional padding in the seat and knees, 150G thermadex insulation, infinite adjustable cuff/ adjustable inseam, reflective tape on front and back, magnetic zip flap closures, there is also one upper chest pocket and two lower pockets and access to inside clothes as well, there is a cloth buttoned on the legs I assume to wipe hands on if needed while fishing the legs zip up to the waist as well.
