Hand made in NYC by Kreiger Top Hat back in the late 60's/early 70'sHand stitched Silk Satin with 100% Silk Grossgrain band and Edging.French mechanism used for the collapse.Back in the day this was an opera cap that folded and slipped into a pocket of a cape or coat.Beautiful shape. Never worn. Stored clean and was an original salesman's sample.
