Excellent, Collectible, 1960's - 1970's, rubber head musical wind up toy. He works like new playing the cymbals and drum while driving in circles. Made of tin, winds up and includes the key. No paint ware to speak of except a little bit on the tires. What a fun toy for the old toy for your collection! His cute rubber head turns to any direction. No missing parts. Well taken care of.
