A vintage fiberglass chair with a swivel tulip steel base. It's still is good condition and swivels smoothly, the steel base has a small amount of rust underneath. It has been painted white. There is a spot of discoloration on the back that is hardly noticeable. There are no cracks or chips. Thanks for looking!!!
