Vintage Behavior Tech 1510T 8-bit Combo MDA/CGA/EGA/NEC/VGA Card w/ 256kb VRAM For sale is a vintage Behavior Tech 1510T 8-bit combo video card with 256kb onboard VRAM, targeted for PC/XT's or higher, any IBM/compatible motherboard with an 8-bit ISA slot. This card is very versatile, being able to work with monochrome crts, CGA, EGA, Nec multisyncs/XL/4D/5D, and VGA mono and color, even today's flat panel SVGA monitors. This card is pristine clean and has been tested on a Hitachi 15" SVGA flat panel monitor. The four switches are currently set for "VGA 16 inch color". The specs on this card can be found on "Total Hardware 1999", of which the site stason.org hosts, as well as other sites. The main chip is "OAK OTI037C". The maximum resolution is 800 x 600. With the proper 3rd party ramdisk, a good portion of the VRAM can be used for a ramdrive when in text mode. When in graphics mode, the ramdrive would be saved to the harddrive, then restored when back in text mode. Note: The 9-pin port has not been tested, but is assumed to work. Note: This card will work in 16-bit slots, too, but a 16-bit VGA card would be much better. I have many 16-bit cards, so if you have one in mind, let me know, and I'll list it on eBAy.
