Hitty Canopy Bed - Vintage Style like Hitty's Original Bed of 1930 - $225 - (Spring Lake, MI)

This auction Includes the Bed, Curtain, Mattress, Pillow and Bedspread, as shown in the last photo (The Hitty Doll is NOT INCLUDED). This bed was patterned & scaled from doll magazine photos (see the photos above for comparison). The bed has a rope mattress support like the original. It has small curtain rods behind the front & rear of the canopy to hold the removable curtain. The bed is solid Oak with Maple spindles, and has a Walnut finish. It is 7” wide, 9.5” long, and 9.25” tall. The original bed in the photos, was given to Rachael Field in 1930 by a plantation owner.
