50000 life insurance universal life policy - $10,000 - (Westville, IN)

I have this universal life policy worth 50000 that i bought in 1991 and paying $360 a year on it,the policy is earning 4.5% interest rate, iam willing to sell the benefically for 10000,this would make a good investment for the future,iam 48 but nothing to look forward to,not planning on living longer then 20 years because my family gene has cancer and diabetic in it
