Six Matching Antique Leaded Stained Glass Panels for Door or Window - 7" x 10" - $300 - (Wellsboro, PA)
This is a really nice find! These are not reproductions. They are originals. Best guess is from the first part of the 1900's. You are bidding on a set of six (6) matching antique stained glass panels for an entrance door or a window with six panes. Each panel measures 7-1/4 inches by 10-1/8 inches. (But the outer lead can be trimmed to fit a slightly smaller opening.) Our studio has come across antique panels before but the cool thing about these is their amazingly good condition. No cracked glass, no paint specks, good glazing and no crusty old window putty. They are really almost like new. The colors are clear seedy and a light spring green, very close to the Wissmach W286 that you see in the picture. The lead is 5/16" flat H. I did NOT wash these windows as I didn't want to alter the patina. However, if you ask, I will gently wash them for you before shipping. Please ask any questions you may have. Thanks for looking!
