Sigma Martin GCS-6 acoustic guitar. Since there were no accurate records maintained for these guitars, the exact date of manufacture is not really known, but based on some research this guitar was probably made in 1974. For a 40+ year old guitar, it is in very good condition. It has a solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides, and has a surprisingly good tone. There is some noticeable fret wear, a few finish cracks, some small dents and dings, but no significant damage. The neck is straight, the top is flat and the bridge is solid. Prior to listing the guitar, I had it professionally inspected to verify the cracks were finish only, that it is structurally sound and also had the truss rod adjusted. I have tried to show areas that might be of concern in photos, but they don't show up very well, because they are small. It comes with a Levy's padded gig bag.
