RARE ZANFELD CHAC MOOL MEXICO 999 SILVER AZTEC ELECTROFORM STATUE SCULPTURE - $955 - (Augusta, GA)
Hello everyone, this auction is for a rare large Aztec sculpture from renowned Mexican silver maker ZANFELD. An excellent electroformed 999 silver sculpture on an oak base, please refer to the Zanfeld website to research their work, history and available pieces. The small pieces start around $1,000, the large pieces are around $10,000 to $15,000. This is a mid size piece, and would probably be in the $3,500 to $5,000 range if it were available, which it is not. I believe this is a vintage, possibly retired sculpture. The sculpture measures 7 inches x 5 inches x 3 1/4 inches, not including the oak base. The overall weight is 1,759 grams, or nearly 4 pounds.
