Babe Ruth autograph on postcard. Mailed on April 25, 1941 from N.Y. I have had autographs like this before from the 1930's-1940's. I do not know why folks would get the signature and then mail it to themselves. Was it an early method of creating a COA? This autograph came from a lifelong collection and has never been sent to anyone for certification. I know it would have more value if authenticated but I struggled to justify paying those fees. I have had this autograph for several years and debated whether to sell or not but the time has come. This item is guaranteed for a full 14 days if you decide to get authenticated.
