On my Hickok TV-7 tester they read 25 and 26. A reading of 18 would represent the minimum recommended value. These new-old-stock RCA tubes are from 1950’s USA production. The 7W7 is a variable-mu RF/IF pentode with Loktal basing. It is designed for class “A” amplifier service.
