The condition of the collar is as good as new....there is no advantage of buying new...will ship priority mail so the envelopes say 2 day priority but I WILL LEAVE THAT UP TO THE PO IF IT IS 2 OR 3 DAYS. You will not be disappointed....this is buttery smooth attached and comes off fast and easy...this is so much better than the knock-offs. New they are $149.00
