Please review photos carefully for condition and completeness. I lightly dusted this unit, but did not test or take it apart. Item is old as such, has finish wear, rust and may be missing parts as I am not familiar with this. I believe this is an adjustable belt pulley system to be used with a lathe, grinder, motor, etc...
