Up for your consideration is a NEW hardcover two volume set - "Silver Dollars & Trade Dollars of the United States - A Complete Encyclopedia" by renowned numismatist author Q. David Bowers. This set was published in limited quantities in 1993 and has never been republished to my knowledge. Volume 1 is 1096 pages and covers U.S. Silver Dollars from 1794-1873 and Trade Dollars from 1873-1885.Volume 2 is 1067 pages and covers Morgan and Peace Dollars and Commemorative Dollars through 1993. This set is probably the most comprehensive coverage of US Silver Dollars ever published. When published in 1993, I bought two sets and never opened the second set, which I am offering here. The two volumes are still in sealed shrink wrap in the original box. I have researched the internet and found the few available priced from around $400 in used condition to almost $3000 in new condition. The pictures are of my set I am keeping. You will receive the sealed books in the box. I do not accept returns except for misrepresentation so please be a serious buyer who really wants this new set.
