I wore them once but couldn't wear them after that because I'm flat footed and yes, this is a decently narrow cleat (I usually have to use Nike iD and customize the width to XL). Other than that, this cleat is absolutely amazing with both touch and shot. This item comes with everything OG except for the string bag.
