It fits all Gitzo Series 5 Systematic tripods, and Series 4 Systematic tripods made before 2012. This is a very useful tripod accessory for Video and Panoramic use. Maximum load is 44 lbs. It is a nice addition to your Series 5 Gitzo legs. It allows you to level your head. It has a built in spirit level and adjusts about 15 degrees in all directions. Great for video heads. It will also fit other Series 5 Systematic legs, like Markins, Induro, Benro, and Really Right Stuff, plus Gitzo Series 4 Systematic legs made before 2012. Please note that Series 4 legs made after 2012 have 3" mounting holes and won't fit this base. Please check the size required for your legs before purchase.
