The candelabras are 8" tall without bulb in the middle. The bases are NOT the same, 3 of the bases have slightly bigger bells (images molded into the plastic) then the other 4. The base measures approx 7 1/4" x 2 3/8" They are clean. I only ship to US addresses I do my best to describe the items as I see them. If you have any question please ask them before you purchase.
