Bought this about two weeks ago. Literally took it out of the box, turned it on, realized it didn't meet my needs and out it right back in. No cosmetic damage, works perfectly. Has been reset to factory. It's a shame it turned out not to be what I needed for my situation because it really is a nice computer. Very sleek, light, great specs, 2 USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 ports and one USB-A port so you can easily plug in both old and brand new devices.
