Handmade Sunbonnet Sue Crib Quilt /Small Wall Hanging 38X51" Pink Calico - $45 - (Spokane, WA)
BX12This listing is a handcrafted quilt up for sale, it is not a commercially made item. It would be adorable and just the right size for a crib or a wall quilt. 2 Tabs for hanging on top It is being sold as-is, as found. I do not know the age of it. Back has a signature heart and date of 2003, please see photos. It is all very neatly machine stitched and machine quilted, the embroidery is machine made. The pattern is appliqued Sunbonnet Sue on 7.5 X 9" white blocks, using a variety of calico prints and a white ruffled skirt bordered with pink sashing with heart quilting The reverse is pink calico No fiber label, assumed all cotton. .Gently used, no tears, 2 small stains were found. Batting is smooth, no lumps. It has been carefully stored, I did not find any damp or smoking odor I washed but did not iron it. It measures about 38" wide X 51" in length. Weight about 1 lbs 9 oz. It's a finished item; thin batting, 12 blocks, quilting, backing, and binding.
