This is a 31 day pill organizer. It has alarms that you can set to remind you to take your medication. This organizer is unused, but the box was opened. Please see the pictures. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item before leaving feedback. We do try to wipe down the items, but any major cleaning is left up to the buyer. Also, light fixtures do not come with light bulbs as they are super fragile. Battery operated items may or may not come with batteries. Shipping: We do combine shipping when possible; some things might be too fragile or too large to ship with other items! Sometimes we remove the handles on items to protect the handles and make shipping easier. Most of our lighter items like utensils and smaller Rubbermaid and Tupperware are sent first class with USPS; in the case of these items, we would be willing to ship to AK and HI. You will need to contact us first so that we can change the listing to include you. If your item weighs over 3 pounds, there is a good chance that we will send it FedEx Smart Post. FedEx will deliver the package to your post office and the post office will deliver it to you; this can take a couple of extra days.
