A company in Fairbanks specializing in home interior design is immediately hiring a motivated and creative individual with a passion for design and decorating to join their team of professionals.A Home Interior Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth and excellent experience by managing customer’s projects from start to finish.Job Duties Include:Assisting customers in selecting materials Ordering materials Shipping and receiving Scheduling the installation of a project Successful candidates will be able to establish a strong rapport with customers, have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and be detail-oriented. Proficient math skills are a MUST. Work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and rotating Saturdays 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.Wages starting at $14/HR with potential for hourly plus commission after an agreed upon probationary period.
