It comes with the swing, mailbox, couch, oven, dolls, etc, Everything is shown in the photos. The only flaw is a missing chip on one corner of the base, see photos. Local pickup only, we are approx. 90 minutes southeast of Pittsburgh, near the Seven Springs ski resort and the Donegal exit of the PA Turnpike.
