Vintage Mexican Silver Los Castillo Design Necklace ~ 980 Silver ~ 1930's TAXCO - $389 - (Carrollton, TX)

Beautifully made and crafted in the highly desirable 980 silver, this stunning necklace is after a design first created by the famous taller Los Castillo. Each of the links is connected by a pin rivet to give the necklace movement when worn. It measures 16 1/2" long by 1 1/4" wide and it is quite heavy at 96.8 grams. It is in good vintage condition with a lovely deep patina that brings out the beauty of the design. Hallmarked "980 Taxco" which dates it to the late 1930's to early 1940's. A classic vintage Necklace with timeless style.
