South to Chestnut Sts, river to river. Title page and street index have torn corners. 2 maps along with title page and street index have separated from the book. Some frayed edges, creases and tears but overall good condition with bright colors and clean maps. Atlas is in high detail (see photo # ) at 50' to the inch and includes property owner names.
