These are PSL's for TWO awesome seats in the Lakeview Prime Club section 333, seats 11 and 12, right behind the Browns bench. Full access to the Club with outstanding restaurants, bar and lounge areas. Perfect to cool off during the few hot days, and to warm up when the weather turns sour. Ok, they are not quite on the 50 yrd line, the aisle is actually the 50, but these are 11 seats over around the 47 maybe. These are only 6 rows back with a wall behind them, so no knees knocking into your back. This front section has been sold out since the new stadium was built in 1999. I would like to see them go to a good home, perhaps a business for marketing use, or as a treat for the family. I am selling the PSL for below-market value so these seats could be yours as long as you like. Great opportunity for some awesome seats! You will be responsible for the season ticket price and that invoice is $4864. The transfer fee is $25 per seat which you will also pay directly to the Browns.
