The maiden has numerous beaded necklaces with long braided hair. She wears beaded moccasins, belt and strap. The leather dress has fringe around the bottom and sleeves. In the background is a tepee. It is a beautiful picture! The lower right hand corner is marked copyright 1902 American Colort; it also has the initials E.C above the writing. I did notice that there is a small rip in the upper left hand corner. The matting has discolored with age, but I did not take it out of the frame to examine more closely.
