Universal stock ticker. Serial 2223 type 3A with a tag that says 33A. Very good original condition. I believe it is a original dome. It's in un refurbished condition. The writing on the base is good as seen in pictures. Again this ticker does not have new decals and has not been repainted, originals demand a higher resale than so called refurbished tickers.
