BAGGER OPERATOR NEEDED CR Minerals is seeking hard working, dependable individuals looking to start a career as a full time Dry Bulk Packaging employee. Job Description Applicant must be able to routinely lift a minimum of 50 Lb paper bags filled with Pumice and stack on pallets throughout the shift.  Must be willing to work various 8 hours shifts and be available to work overtime as necessary.  Depending on business needs this may include weekends. Other duties include but are not limited to: Preparation for shipping the product pallets General maintenance and housekeeping of the facility Miscellaneous labor   Prior experience is a not necessary but work experience, ability to operate forklifts, man lifts, loaders, and basic computer skills are a big plus.   Successful passing of Drug Screen and fit for duty physical is required for initial employment. Additionally, CR Minerals has a “zero tolerance policy” and enforces random drug screens.  This is an MSHA regulated facility and Safety is our priority.  All required safety training will be provided prior to starting work. Starting Pay for qualified individuals starts at $11.50 per hour and there is shift differential pay.  A Clothing allowance, Vacation pay, 401K Plan, and Health and Dental Insurance are available.
