Vintage Pioneer PL-41 Turntable Record Player - $85 - (Astoria, OR)

Estate find! This is a vintage Pioneer PL-41 turntable. I plugged it in and it does spin. I can't seem to figure out to get the arm to raise up and down. The top cover is broken,please view photos.
