Georgian Period Freemason/Masonic White Metal Snuff Box. Size Approx: 2-7/8 x 1-1/8 in. You are bidding on an exceptionally rare antique Georgian Period 18th C. white-metal snuff box. The oval form cover engraved with cityscape, horse & carriage, period dressed figures walking-about and pluming foliate scrolls at either side. Base engraved with numerous Freemason/Masonic pictorial symbolisms as shown. Box with slide-action button at end, and steel spring on interior. Overall condition is excellent. Some surface wear, pitting and discoloration as shown, dirty/dusty from years of storage, needs cleaning. More photos on request!
