VINTAGE ORIGINAL ART DECO PEN AND INK DRAWING 9"X12" ARTIST EADIE? - $72 - (Ozark, AL)

This is one of two pen and ink drawings I got at an estate sale . This one is approximately 9"x12". Not sure but looks like signature is eadie? It I not a bright white paper but ivory or yellowish white. IT DOES HAVE A SMALL TEAR AT THE TOP AND ALSO A TACK HOLE(LAST PHOTO).On the back of frame which is not included was a paper with Christmas 1933 written on it. I don't know quite what the theme is .
