Rare c.1820-1840 Decorated Dome Top Trinket Box - AAFA- This wonderful and precisely constructed of beech wood DomeTop Trinket Box has tiny iron brads used in the construction and it has the original snipe hinges and loop latch. Ochre paint decorations including red and black striping. Fantastic painting and all original. The back retains its eggshell white base primer coat as this would have been set on a table or chest. No cracks, splits, or chips. Everything on this box is original and unaltered. It measures 9 1/4" x 4" tall and it is 5 1/2" front to back. Returns only if not as described. See my other items.
