The Xbox itself is in excellent condition its basically like new besides a little dust. The majority of the games are in excellent condition with minimal / no scratches. Although most of the games were purchased new and well cared for some of games were bought used and may be slightly scratched. I would still consider the games to be in very good condition with most of the games still containing their original case and manual. A small handful of games (around 2-3) I would consider to have a few significant scratches but with that being said they should all still play in the Xbox no problem.
