1920s ARTS & CRAFTS SCONCE PAIR W/ CUSTARD GLASS SHADES - $230 - (Fayetteville, NC)

This 1920s Arts & Crafts sconce pair are made of cast iron with crisply molded raised Arts & Crafts designs. They and have spun metal socket caps & cast brass center mounting caps. The remains of the “After Sunset” Lightolier decals were lost in restoration. They have been restored in black & rubbed to accent the raised iron designs. The period cased glass custard glass shades have a nickel filigree surround bands at the top. They are in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The shades are 5” tall & 5” at the widest and have a 2 3/8” fitter neck. With the custard shades mounted, these classic Art Deco sconces are 9 1/2” tall, 5” wide & extend 6 1/2” from the wall. The sockets are rewired & the on/off switches are new. They are ready to mount. Each weighs 2 3/8 lb or 4 3/4 lbs total. Light bulbs not included.
