Amazing watercolor painting professionally matted in a carved wooden frame. Painting is signed D. McTaggart and could be a painting by the famed William McTaggart's second son William D. McTaggart. (Not sure but research does suggest) very similar use of color transformation from sky to water as the great Scottish painter William McTaggart. Site measures 21 1/4" x 13".
